Two people were partially entrapped in debris after a partial roof collapse at a BJ's Wholesale Club on Route 35 in Ocean Township, New Jersey.

Offices and hotels around East 42nd Street were evacuated after structural damage affected an office conversion project. Traffic was halted in the area. No injuries were reported.

Officials have observed additional movement at the Midtown Manhattan building, the former headquarters for Pfizer, which is being converted into apartments.
