As many as 20,000 Xfinity cable and internet subscribers remained without service in multiple New Jersey towns Sunday, with some customers waiting nearly two days for their access to be restored.
(WHTM) – Xfinity customers reported a widespread outage on Monday afternoon. According to the internet tracking service Downdetector, a spike in Xfinity outages was reported shortly after 3 p.m.
While 26,000 Xfinity by Comcast customers reported outages around 4:30 p.m., that number fell to around 200 within a few hours, according to Downdetector.
